To some degree. It can be ice cold from August to May and then super hot from the end of May to August again. (We recently had snow and now its so hot that I could make burgers on a rock.)

Damn, here max temperature is like 30°, and I freaking hate it above 15°, nothing like the gray skies (because of rain).
