Well, I kinda have everything set up now already with the use of PHP instead of C# directly to the database.

why would a webhosting provider limit you from doing what you want on your own shit?
How do they see that?
I am asking because I am genuinely interested in this and want to start programming soon.

Does your web page user have permissions to access any databases?
