btw how does a SEing LAPTOP WOrks on amazon? what kind of reason should i say? i cant just say that the package is missing right?

Well, yes. Use the Never arrived method. If possible, do not sign the package. If you absolutely have to, make up a name and sign it. Then wait at least a day after it shows as delivered on Amazon and call them. You know how the rest goes.

If your account isn't aged, put some orders between first.

Yes, it's possible. While the methods are all clear, it also depends on how you use them.
