They don't think the GTA V PC version will arrive, but I'm sure it will.
Most rockstar games have been published as PC.

I'll bet my life it will come out for PC. Considering most games are taking their screenshots on PCs because of better graphic capabilities.

Almost all GTAs after Liberty City has had a PC version. So, I think you can expect a PC version.

GTA IV was fun, but needed more interaction with buildings and vehicles in the multiplayer. It looks like that's exactly what GTA V is going to do for us.

GTA 5 looks so promising, the graphics look so realistic that it's unreal.
I bet it'll be one of the best Rockstar release, right after San Andreas of course
