RE: Razer Blade - Skryptec - 06-17-2016

@Primitive's comment made me laugh so hard.

Anyway, it's pretty "easy", tell them you did not get the product or the product has been damaged or something, thy will replace it.

It is true, they do not want bad reviews.

It depends on the size of the company and the reputation (if est or not)

but regardless,

They care about their reviews in that sense, not their customers.

RE: Razer Blade - Skullmeat - 06-17-2016

@Oni had me take a look at his because it was shutting itself off and refused to power back on. Turns out the thing is dead due to a logic board that controls the battery charging. You can fix it by removing the battery, but the battery is built into the system, and cannot be removed without disassembling it. They are utter trash, why would you go to the effort?

This would be a great thing to tell them when SE'ing.

It would, since it was a common issue with the older machines. I don't know about the new ones though.

I had this thing when I was overseas and it's only been problems. Came back to the states and it was out of warranty. The corner has a giant dent and the cache drive had issues as well. The case might as well be made out of tin foil. I genuinely hope the newer models are better.
