This Is the very thing I dislike about dogs. How their annoying bark has no effect on their owner, whilst driving the neighbors Insane, Is beyond me.

I generally like most dogs. However, I fucking hate some dog owners. I was at the park with my family and my little brother once. We were playing football and this asshole walks past on a path about 100 yards away with his dog roaming free. I initially have no issue with this, assuming he was able to control his dog if the dog was not on a lead. This dog then runs at us full speed, grabs our ball, rips it to shreds and takes the scraps back to the owner who hadn't even bothered to call it back. The owner then throws the remains towards someone's garden as my brother (who was very young back then) was in floods of tears.

This is the kind of thing I'm talking about. Alot of owners don't control their pets, or encourage poor behavior. It's very common here. Every time the excuse it "He's a dog." So? Doesn't mean he cant be trained.
I had no idea this thread would get so much attention. I don't like dogs, (or their owners) and me saying that is somehow equivalent to me saying I eat babies.

This is very true.
My neighbours have a dog, all it does is bark all the time when I am eating or doing anything where I need to concentrate.
I told my neighbours that the dog is annoying me by barking all the time, but no they don't do shit about it.
