I have a similar issue with milk. What type of milk do you buy? You can get low fat milk and smaller glasses is a good idea. Milk is surprisingly fattening unfortunately.
I've also started to combat my milk drinking habits by only drinking it in cups of tea or with something else (cereal etc).
How many people are genuinely familiar with the taste of breastmilk? And why are you??? xD

Pirate, have you tried drinking an alternative, like Almond Milk? I used to drink tons of almond milk.

Drink milk alternatives I suppose? I'm that way with water, except when I'm on my water binges, I literally go through a 24 pack in about 2 or 3 days. I'm only 135 lbs.
