Go to Gamestop, preorder it. You get the first map pack and dog tags if I'm not mistaken(I have the dog tags :3)

What exactly are the dog tags? Just a collectible?

Somethin' like that. They're wearable dog tags that say "Battlefield 4" on one of them and "Prepare 4 Battle" on the other one. Its pretty cool IMO.
