No problem, there are alot of people that have done YouTube videos about the best ones for a budget.
Just search around and you'll find one.
This guy does alot of good videos about them and he constantly updates them https://www.youtube.com/user/CultOfMush/videos
Just look that the video/pcpartpicker/list is atleast done in the end of 2015.

Never buy a pre-built PC.
Building your own PC is easy, all you have to do is watch some LinusTechTips videos and an ESD wristband and you should be fine.
I built my first pc when I was 13, easier than I thought that it would be.
You save alot of money.
