Yeah I remember that. Both were/are awful forums. I don't know why people waste their time on there.

True. I remember CC, they'd have like 7 staff and like 5 "employees". It's ridiculous.

You wouldn't really need $50 to set it up at first. Just get cheap shared hosting, use MyBB(free y'know) and a cheap domain. Just get a free theme and edit it so it looks like you've put effort in.
