If I think you're asking what you're asking then here is what you need to do:
1. Sign into the account you want to be your main one.
2. Then treat as if the other user is corrupt: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-au/windows/fix-corrupted-user-profile#1TC=windows-7

Yea this guide is really in depth about what I have to do, no wonder I was fucking so much stuff up, I was basically placing folders in the users bit with no files to actually let it run properly, now just waiting for it to copy over 50gb of stuff xD
