I don't agree with this.
Tables are great for things that need to be aligned though doable with divs it is actually better to use tables.

HTML is the easiest language out there, I can guarantee you it wouldn't be a hassle to get the hang of.

Most do not continue html because they refuse to be open to learning artsy stuff like color palettes
