I dont find using the mouse is difficult. Once your used to it, you have a good mouse with a good sensitivity Its not that hard imo.
Ive only played around 6 Matches total on CS:GO all around 0.8-1.1 KD. And I have never played any CS ever before.

Bought CS:GO when it came out, never really got into it. Probally played for a few hours.
I guess I didn't like it, because I'm used to the old school version of CS (CS 1.6).

I don't play it much anymore but I have put around 500 hours into it and it is a damn good game. (Get good with the AK-47 and you will thank me)
