Why is kali better? because it comes with "Hacking" tools?
You can have those same tools on ubuntu.

I honestly like xubuntu the best as its XFCE which makes it faster than other distros, plus its easy to setup.
I had Archlinux for the longest time but it's extremely DIY which turned into a hassle after a while.
