Shouldn't happen on your newest consoles. As they all have been designed for the same specs/ software.
Such as iPhone's don't have many as platforms to support as Android for example.
It does happen, as game-developers mess up all the time. (Ey EA.)

PC, plus I've used a laptop all my life, so being able to move rooms and sit where I want with ease I really enjoy.

I prefer PS3 because it's the only console I have my my Laptop can't run good games
