I appreciate how Oni takes our opinions into account. It's nice to have an owner who cares what we think and considers the user friendliness with such detail.

I totally agree with you. Regardless whether opinions or suggestions are acted on, at least Oni "considers" and takes the time to review them before making a final decision.
You don't find too many admins of this nature.

I agree. I feel like it's a good move. It means he's not prone to trying to please everyone but he makes decisions based on his experiences and knowledge. He actually cares if we like it here xD
