I'm a nice guy and I have no objections to messing with a pervert who jacks off on omegle. I wouldn't take pictures, extort, or ruin their personal life but deleting sys32 is a decent life lesson to act like a respectable human being.
Of course, he might just reinstall an OS and go back to his ways not knowing what happened. Other option is to write a script to his computer that opens on startup that reminds him to be respectable, that there are children on omegle, and no one wants to see his penis. I'm sure that'll freak him out but also be a wake up call that there is still consequences over the internet.

again I'm not saying they're not scumbags. I'd just caution you to be careful in calling them pedophiles. There is a stark difference. I'm sure some of them are, but others may just be regular scumbags.
