I vividly recall The Amanda Show with Amanda Bynes. What's come to mind now, Is "That's So Raven" and "Kenan & Kel"- I loved those shows. For the life of me, I can't remember what cable channel they aired.
I think they were on the Disney Channel in the UK.

Yes you're correct (with That's So Raven)).
Again, another quick search via Google. Kenan and Kel was on Nickelodeon, and That's So Raven was on Disney.

Ah, right, I didn't watch either really, I didn't have the Disney channel as a kid and only watched Nickelodeon when at my grandparents' house.

"Mike, Lu & Og" and "Pepper Ann" are ones I've never heard of. My personal favorite when I was a kid was always Ed, Edd, 'n' Eddy. Endless schemes and the pursuit of jawbreakers.
