When I was in college, I would go through cases of the chicken flavor (Mainly because that was all I could afford... Why was chicken cheaper than the rest, anyway?) Fast forward a few years.... I got to live in Japan for 3 years. while there, I found out that ramen wasn't something that only drunk college students ate... Who knew? Ever since, I cannot stomach the stuff that passes for ramen here in the states.

I've been trying to change up how the ramen taste, adding soy sauce, cheese, different things.

Making it taste good is easy of course..but I want to make it like super delicious. It's a delicate process..that is for sure.

Combine it with miso soup and put some chicken in there for the best thing you've ever tasted.
