I haven't had anything extremely spicy like a raw Ghost Pepper or anything.
I don't like anything spicy to the point where your whole body is affected, just the mouth is enough.

I'm terrible at trying spicey food.. I freaking love the taste... But I can't handle the burn.

I must tell you that I am consuming spicy Doritos and a Dr.Pepper (closest thing to Mtn. Dew I have, also one of the best soft drinks) as I type this.
