- I'm an educated elite wrestling coach (I'm certified to train elite athletes, also known as professionals.)
- I have 2 courses in general fitness and 2 courses which is wrestling specific.
- I'm a body builder myself, I plan on competing in Mens Physique.

I will admit though, that you'll find A LOT of retarded staff at fitness centers. I myself have owned the fitness coach in my gym multiple times. Catching him in giving directly dangerous advices (You should see him teach people to do a proper squat).

And one thing do I know, if people really wanted to be healthy, they'd do a damn thing about it. There's only one cause to obesity, lazyness. All she's trying to do, is defend her lack of exercise.
Like I said you're most likely right. However there are exceptions such as:
1- A friend of my brother eats 5k+ kcals/day and weighs 65kg @ 1m90, cause -> hyperactive thyroid gland
2- One of my old female colleagues is extremely fat, eats only fruit, drinks lots of water, cause -> extremely slow thyroid gland

You cannot judge people if you don't know their health problems. In 99/100 yes, you are right, but not every case is the same.
