I ate a doughnut a few hours ago. I might eat a TV dinner meal or something that I can make in the microwave tonight.

Have two meals :3 currently going to eat rise & chicken breast + some fruits + mass gain shake ^^
then after 2 to 4 hours I will go and eat another meal mostly fruits + some noodles maybe.

I guess I ate the worst dinner among everyone on HC.

I ate two slices of brown bread toasted (with no butter) and a bowl of Boiled vegetables with no oil but just little salt Biggrin

You know what I eat this regularly and every night, the same meal everyday. I can only consume fish (fresh water) and no chicken or meat.

I eat whatever I want. Luckily I have a good metabolism. 5'10" 225. Moderation is key.

Nah not gonna cheat might have some pasta with tuna or something similar. I'm not a bad cook myself and yours looks pretty good if you disregard that green shit :Grin:

Yeah, its his 'cheat' day he has 1 day in the year. He eats what ever he wants. Also your meal sounds nice, do you mind posting it?

I would have if I hadn't already eaten it :Yum: was nothing special though I wasn't in the mood to make anything fancy so was just a tuna stake with some plain ol' pasta (penne)
