I just assumed, most people own iphones (I have an old android but no phone number haha). If you live in the united states you can sign up for https://www.donotcall.gov/ and just register and report anyone who calls you.

It's a registry, you have sign up for it before spam and after a month (since sign up date) if you get any calls it is against some anti spam law ad they can't contact you.
