Lol, what a scrub. You should tell him to use a moderator as a middleman just to see what he says. If he says that's too slow or he doesn't trust the moderators then he's obviously a scammer.

I hope you made the sale on UB only and not on Skype or anywhere other than UB. C4C has a rule about this, the deal has to go down on UB otherwise he or the staff won't be able to help you.
