Use ProxySwitcher. It will help you to find many proxies. If you want proxy software which is portable, Ultrasurf is the best to use.

Yes, I have. It is not bad, bro. It searches new proxy which can cover your identity. However, I have uninstalled it coz I now use Hotspot Shield.

I have made a proxy browser with a proxy scraper and other tools, check it out HERE
Also their is the Tor Browser as someone said earlier.
