So you want to show your time online at HackCommunity on your desktop?

Only way to do that would be to scrape the page every so often and use some regex to pull the value you want. Dont know how rainmeter works though so not sure what you would use to implement it. probably need some perl/python experience at least would be my guess.

I was thinking about finding a way to a 'feed' so it updates and make a rainmeter skin with it. Don't know if it's possible but maybe worth a shot.

Btw i dont like such a plugins, most are only memory wasters.
