1. Age of Empires 1,2 + Expansion Packs
2. Age of Mythology + Titans Expansion
3.Command & Conquer Red Alert 1,2 + Expansion Pack (Yuri's Revenge)
4. Need for Speed 5 and Underground will easily work (i guess the Most Wanted version version will work but you'll have to tweak some game settings a bit... I know its NOT A WAR GAME but Hey, NFS is a good series and it definitely helps in passing the time
5. Civilization 1,2,3,4 + Expansion Packs (!! Civ5 will not work))
6. Some older Microsoft Games like FATE (if u like it) it can be quite challenging without cheats
7. Yeah.. STRONGHOLD all versions... excepts the last stronghold 3,, it only works on some pc, stupid firefly developers(lots of bugs)
Or you can just get any portable wifi device and spend time on some stupid facebook games... miniclip.com also offers some good games. Sometime it all depends on your mood...!

Now thats a great list, I searched my old collections and got those good ol' NFS games. Command and conquer. I've never played this one. Should check it out.

You should definitely try C&C Red Alert 2 and its Expansion Pack Yuri's Revenge... It is one the best Strategy/RolePlaying/War game.... I'm sure you'll like it. But get the full version with movies cuz they worked on it alot at that time,, dnt download those stupid (without game videos) rips from the torrent or usenet or you'll break my heart :p
