Thats perfectly fine. There are few topics I will not consider. Off the top of my head that would be ewhoring/blackmailing and carding at a skiddie level. If someone wanted to write something on CC encryption techniques that was HQ i would definitely consider it, for example.

Ya, thats fine. definitely a relevant topic. Again to be clear though, just because you write something doesnt necessarily mean i'll use it. It will be reviewed and i would let you know if some aspect of it is not up to expectations, incorrect, insufficient topic coverage, etc... But if its up to spec or you can make it so, it will in all probability be used
