It depends how important your information. In my company, one single record
mean $10 to $20 revenue. So, yes, we have one live replicated server and one full backup
server.
If your data is not important, you don't need a live backup, you can do a daily backup
(without have backup server running 24/7). At worst case, you only lose one day data.
