Update [5/28/2012-8:24PM]: Found out about a connectivity problem happening often, no way to fix this. Support ticket sent.
Update [5/29/2012-5:17PM]: Got a reply, I will get referred to somebody who can help me.

Cool, so they're going to give you to someone who can help you fix it or something? What if they do speak German to me? I don't speak fluent German.

They won't, they only have english customer service, they told me:
