vpnbook is ok but i've noticed some decline in speeds (at least on my end)
CyberGhost keeps logs so is not anonymous at all
HotSpotShield is another but again not secure
my #1 go to VPN solution (100% anonymous no logs of any kind they only take an email and accept PP/BTC/and other forms of anonymous payment)

KEPARD is also a decent free vpn but is EXTREMELY limited for free use and does keep logs

Yep. VPNBook is definitely what I would recommend for a free VPN. But if you want real security, you will need to pay for one.

You get what you pay for. A good VPN will cost a bit but it's worth it in the end. More reliable than the free ones.

if all payed vpns have logs and most of them not hide it, what the point give vpn for free? they hosted by CIA or FBI?
