Did you say it was over $75? What you can do is say you threw everything away because it was a hazard to your kids/pets. I've only failed once, and I tried to get $180.

Very simple. Go to help, find the contact button, go to live chat, tell them you never got your order and go with it, works best if you wait a few days after your stuff comes in and it's sold by amazon, not a different seller on amazon.

Weight has nothing to do with it, packages do get lost and still show as delivered. Plus they make a lot of money and aim to please the customers. The weight of the package has nothing to do with it if it shows as delivered but nothing has come in.
