Use 2.7 if you have learned it from the beginning, 2.7 is widely used. There are changes in 3.3 which can be found here http://docs.python.org/3/whatsnew/3.3.html
Install both of them, Use 3.3 when needed and 2.7 as default as many tools and scripts are coded mainly in 2.7
