Have you tried resetting your Router? Have you enabled DHCP or do you apply IP normally yourself?

Reset your router again.
This time instead of leaving everything at the Default settings, go through each setting, familiarize yourself with each setting, adjust it as needed, including yet again issuing an updated password using WPA2-PSK [AES] security options and Enabling Mac Address Filtering.
Be sure to add your own Mac Address & pertinent device Mac Addresses to the Allowed list for Mac Filtering.

You also should have an option to view exactly what is using your Network under the Attached Devices option which in turn will confirm or deny if you have Intruders on your Network via the wireless side.
All said and done, it'll be self explanatory afterwards.

Essentially, going back thru the settings alleviated the problem in short.
Excellent.
I'll mark it as Resolved accordingly.
