He probably just added this phrase and related keywords to your video, and perhaps changed the thumbnail to something that was intriguing to click on. SEO isn't rocket science, it's just good content marketing.

so how you prevent to get your video flagged? how you rise it ? boost ?
i have tested a method and my videos did not get flagged and not account banned even if the video was copied from sopmeone else on youtube.
