Sorry man but as a webmaster I must say it wont look good on Phones too.
Problems:
Too big Logo.
Backgrounds not properly resized
Too many ads
Copyright Can be smaller
Search is generlly preferred at the top

I am sorry to say but that site is not looking nice.
Reasons:
1. Big Logo (as mentioned by hackarchives)
2. Inconsistency in alignment of content / boxes.
3. Search bar is almost negligible.
4. Try putting everything inside a wrapper div with overflow:hidden;
