It really depends what you are into.
I would either start with Python, HTML, or Java. Java is the hardest of the three, but when you wrap your mind around it, it is not that hard to learn.

It really doesn't matter what you start with, as long as you have the motivation to learn the language, and it does what you're looking to do, and you enjoy it. Start with batch if you just want to automate commands for instance. It truly doesn't matter.
