I would HIGHLY recommend you DO NOT hack into .edu and/or .gov sites,
both are owned by the government and if you're not 100% anon, you're fucked!
If you're new to hacking into websites, don't even touch those domains.

Indeed piss off someone for no reason and gain some rep is always good idea and a lot of fun however they have a hell lot of vulnerabilities and from my inspection , Indian governments websites are very vulnerable even more like cheese , how stupid they can be ? :headbash:

I would say when you are scary of detection you can always use neighbours wi-fi or local library which don't log who use it etc the funny thing is that you can even go to McDonald , catch free wi-fi there and simply you are done
They will never found out who did it :lol:

Well, these are normally providing result sites that are already facing some technical problems. May not be vulnerable necessarily.

BTW I thinking how much the government domains are secure and what's the big deal about it ? Cmon it's just another website for government except they can have little bit more security.
P.S Is there any way of finding private upload hostings on google ? I try to find few but I can't find any :huh:
