It's useful, but If the malware is crypted good it wouldn't detect it.
@ralf93 Most users (like me) download cracked OS and activate it with 3rd party tools, download applications like Photoshop and again activate it with 3rd party tool. Nowadays almost everything (in public trackers/forums) is backdoored. Or I am just too paranoic. I don't know.
