Meh your first step after the dorks really isnt needed. Just see if regular union based or string based injection works and then go from there to get the Mysql Version. Then if its below 5 continue with the rest of the blind SQLi. Also Instead of doing all this manually learn a coding language and create a tool that will do the injection for you and help you quess tables and columns from a given list. I made one in perl and its a life saver.
