It is really simple. Just go to http://www.backtrack-linux.org/downloads/ and click what your computer is.
I do believe that there is a step-by-step guide on that page once you download it.

what if i dont have a router?because i only use wireless broadband..
can i still configure the settings button after installion?
and can i use wireless router for that?instead of Lan router?

This link *Here* will instruct you on what a Router is (and yes, by all technical definitions of "wireless broadband", you most assuredly have a router already) and it's associated workings etceteral.
Since you seem to be so interested in Backtrack's newest release candidate, then it'll behoove you to learn the basics yourself thru the questions you ask which can better be answered by researching them since these answers are readily available already.
Which in turn will serve as a teaching tool for yourself that you'll directly learn from by applying the research as you progress.
