Public proxies like these will most likely keep logs of your activities and your isp can still see all the sites your visiting through a proxy. Some proxies even phish your login details. If you really want to stay somewhat anonymous buy a vpn that specifically advertises they don't keep logs.

there are many ..hot spot shield,ultasuf, security kiss, cyberghost...or use any proxy site..
