To start using C++, get Microsoft Visual C++. C# is another programming language based on C, C++, Java and using the .Net framwork
You can also get a different IDE too
ok thanks i just got a Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 express , and im ready to learn c++ , thank you all for the help.
