Open fb hacker by bits and paste in "Name" name of your target..!!!
If you said "email" or username it would be more logical.

Link is infected, you can't hack a facebook account with a program. Try guessing there Secret question or reverting or try the 3 Person account trick.
You could also try and do Social Engineering if you want.
Download link most likely infected with malicious software, if you have a crypter bro, Dont waste it on a hacking forum.
