Not really sure what to do now. Think I'm just gonna wait a week and say they never sent it back. -_- We'll see how that goes.

Lol, here's my transcript so far (read it from the bottom to the top):

Hi, Mike

Ok, so I sent them in. How long does it usually take to repair or replace them?? I need them back as soon as possible so I can continue in my studio.

Thanks,

Subject: Broken Earbuds.

Hello,

I had been wanting them for a while, so my girlfriend bought me these (http://www.meelec.com/MEElectronics_M9_Hi_Fi_Sound_Isolating_Earphone_p/earphone-m9-bk-mee.htm) earphones so I could use them with my audio business. I received them a couple days ago. When I took them out of the box, one of the buds was half-way torn off the wire and the other one had very low volume output and would not play any music over a 128 bit rate, which is not nearly high enough for my studio work.
This is the second time I've received a faulty product from Meelec. I've never had this happen from other companies like Bose and Klipsch. I would like a replacement. She paid $30.44!! Amazon is saying that a replacement must be made from Meelec, as it was broken from the factory, apparently.

Thank you for your help,

<redacted>.

p.s. I've attached my Amazon receipt, if that could be of any help.
