As the video tells, they plan on DDoS attacking Facebook for several reasons. But here's the main reason: "Facebook has been selling information to government agencies and giving clandestine access to information security firms so that they can spy on people from all around the world. Some of these so-called whitehat infosec firms are working for authoritarian governments, such as those of Egypt and Syria."

Did u know that fb prommise everybody who find some vuln and report it, that man will get a 500$ my fiend has found XSS o.o And he dont get anything.. They lie everythin' !
