I use it once a month and it is not causeing any bad things
Admin or mod check if dont belive me !

it is not makeing your pc a lot faster but is deleteing the junk files , history , ....
(It is not my code i just copy-paste(but i wanted to share it))

Code:
del /s /f /q C:\WINDOWS\Prefetch
When making this batch file REMOVE this line!
What this does is deletes the prefetched files on your computer. These are the files that store setting on your computer for all programs so that they can start up without having to go through long endeavoring steps. After deleting your prefectched files you will see error for a few things pop up until you run the program again and get the files. Also windows will start up very slowly compared to normal.

if you could edit that line out or add my warning it'd be great.

it can cause a lot of trouble with windows, i've experienced this before. Im just looking out for the HC community Smile

I Use CCleaner it is very helpfull for reg. errors and ....
