You could also have an avatar upload, and whoever uses a guy fawkes mask gets instabanned.

It's nice to see people getting a taste of their own medicine. But the hardest part about this is that anyone can lie, simply because they don't like someone. Now if it's plain obvious then yes that's fine, but that's not always going to be the case.

Well.. two things.
For one, the site administration preapproves all posted bounties. Secondly, this is crowdfunded. If you don't agree with one, bury it in money. Contribute to the ones that you feel deserve it. The highest bounties will be at the top of the page, and the lowest will be at the bottom. The site's users prioritize the bounties by how much they pay out.

I guess there's multiple ways you could approve of the bounty. It's a good idea, don't get me wrong. I just hope it doesn't crash & burn.

Very simple. If you're someone who submits that many requests, your information goes up with a 10BTC bounty because you're abusing the syetem.

I can already think of ways to abuse the system then.
If you can actually pull this off then it might be cool but this seems like it would turn into a massive SWAT and dox fest even if that's not what the purpose of the site would be. The general skid that would be trying to own someone won't know how to actually ruin a life besides those two things.

There would be a list of acceptable rek methods along with ones you can't claim a bounty for.

I like the idea. Also to those people saying how would you tell if someone is a skid....Research. Having a good team of admins and moderators would keep this project afloat. It would have to keep a constant eye on the userbase although. There is the possibility of said skids finding out about a service like this and trying to abuse the system. Then again there is what Reiko said about posting a 10BTC bounty on those abusing the system.
