Trying to figure out why I can't get it to work. Stylish shows the theme being active, but nothing changes.

have you added the correct domain? (are you in firefox or chrome, so I can give you instructions in more detail?)

I am in Chrome. I've applied it to both sinister.li and https://sinister.li.
