RE: My Workout Routine - Losi - 06-03-2014 @ICE_ I don't have any equipment at my house, so the gym is the only place to go for me. Thankfully my parents are workout enthusiasts and bought a family pass so we can go whenever we want. Gotta love parents! The rest I don't need stuff for. They sign us all up during the summer but just them during the year. I don't have time for all year any way. RE: My Workout Routine - MiS - 06-03-2014 Getting a gym membership in and of itself is motivation for me to go - otherwise, I'd be wasting money for something that I'm not even using. I like it much better than doing it at home, since you can get lazy and "push it off" and you can do it at anytime, which translates to "not at all". The problem for me was that I lost motivation for a long while (like 3 months)... I'm trying to make up for lost time now. What usually keeps me motivated is the dream of a more fit body that I can be proud of, and show off to others. That, and not wasting money. It used to be my girl but we broke up (don't worry, i'm not upset). |
